JUMP START CLUB
To qualify for Jump Start Club you must earn 100 points in a month. Points are earned as follows:
- 10 points for each Dental Plus Member,
- 10 points for each TeleHealth Plus Member,
- 40 points for each Deluxe Plus Member
- 10 points for each Junior JumpStart,
- 25 points for each Special JumpStart, and
- 50 points for each Regular JumpStart
- Earn 100 points per month for six consecutive months you will receive a JumpStart Club bonus of $500.
- Earn 100 points per month for six consecutive months for a 2nd time you will receive a JumpStart Club bonus of $1,000.
- Earn 100 points per month for six consecutive months for a 3rd time you will receive a JumpStart Club bonus of $2,000.
That gives you a grand total of
$3,500 in extra income!
In addition you can also be part of the Jump Start Medal of Honor Club and receive even more rewards as follows:
Earn a special Jump Start pin when you enroll your first
